Ellen Peneski is the creator and facilitator of Road Map to Courage, powerful programs designed to cultivate success from within. An expert in courageous leadership, Ellen uses riveting adventure stories and endless enthusiasm to share insights gained from solo journeys throughout the world - including 47 of the United States and 31 countries in South East Asia, Europe, Central and South America. It's this travel along with her 15+ years of professional experience in the finance, automotive, academic and software industries that creates an inspirational and motivational platform to teach others how to fully embrace life through the art of excellence.

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Ellen’s earliest memory of traveling is at the age of six, when her parents said at 11:30pm one evening, “Get ready kids we’re going to a baseball game.” Ellen didn’t question the midnight departure, nor the fact that they were driving to Toronto, Canada…over twelve hours away.

Since then, Ellen has conducted business with governmental leaders in Beijing, China, siesta’d with families in Seville, Spain and slogged through the rainforest with natives in Cuyabeno, Ecuador. Today, she continues to creates the courage necessary for success, for executives and front line workers alike.

Ellen presents and facilitates courageous journey’s for women’s groups, at business conferences, and at national high schools. Her adventure stories have been recorded in her book Road Map to Courage - Seven Guidleilines for Success through Solo Travel.
